As a CA-qualified professional with a strong background in financial consolidation and reporting, you will play a crucial role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation and review of consolidated financial statements following the guidelines of IND AS - Demonstrating hands-on expertise in group consolidation, covering subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures - Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting at both group and entity levels - Applying and interpreting IND AS standards and IFRS - Collaborating with auditors (both statutory and internal) and overseeing audit closures - Compiling disclosures, notes to accounts, and supporting schedules - Providing financial analysis and reporting insights to support the management team - Upholding compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements In addition to your professional experience and qualifications, the key skills and competencies we are looking for include: - Profound knowledge of IND AS/IFRS - Proven track record in financial consolidation and reporting - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities - Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on accuracy - Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple deadlines efficiently - Strong communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization.
