Contract & Commercial Management

- Review, interpret, and manage project contracts (client and subcontractor).
- Ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions.

Billing & Revenue Assurance

- Prepare and verify client invoices as per contract milestones.
- Track revenue recognition and follow up on collections.

Cost Control & Budget Management

- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure alignment with project P&L.

Claims & Variations

- Prepare and submit claims for variations, delays, and other contractual deviations.
- Support negotiation and resolution processes.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management

- Evaluate and finalize commercial terms with vendors and subcontractors.
- Track work completion and coordinate payments.
