• Support the BCOE Lead in rolling out TM, L&D, and OE strategies
• Benchmark best practices and continuously refine policies
• Design and deliver L&D calendar aligned with business goals
• Promote digital/self-paced learning and track program effectiveness
• Drive segmentation, development action plans (DACs), and succession strategies
• Build HR and managerial capabilities for talent conversations
• Forecast manpower needs and map talent gaps
• Partner with HR to build future-ready workforce models
• Lead programs like VIBES, VALUE Workshops, Chairman’s Awards & more
• Drive engagement initiatives, surveys, and continuous improvement
• Maintain dashboards across key HR metrics
• Provide actionable insights for talent and OE initiatives
• Ensure governance and quality across talent-related processes
✔ Strong understanding of TM, L&D, and OE practices
✔ Analytical mindset with a drive for impact
✔ Effective stakeholder management & communication skills
✔ Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes
