Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Order - NPD Executive / Asst. Manager - Gold Category, located in Mumbai. The role involves managing customer orders, overseeing new product development (NPD) in the gold category, and ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the design team, tracking production schedules, monitoring quality control, liaising with vendors, and addressing customer queries and issues. The role ensures that all operations align with the company's standards and customer expectations. Qualifications Experience in customer order management and addressing customer queries Design graduate from NIFT or another reputed institute Product Development experience in fine jewellery is a must Knowledge of new product development processes in the gold and jewelry category Skills in overseeing production schedules and maintaining quality control Ability to liaise effectively with vendors and internal teams Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for order management and production tracking Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field Show more Show less
