Enabling scalable and secure cloud solutions to drive organizational success. Optimizing cloud infrastructure for seamless performance and cost-efficiency. Within this realm of cutting-edge technology, you'll play a pivotal role in deploying, sustaining, diagnosing, overseeing, and enhancing our systems.What would you do?
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, setting goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure while optimizing resource utilization and cost-efficiency.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline software delivery and enhance development operations.
- Enforce security best practices, monitor for threats, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for cloud-based DevOps initiatives that align with the organization's goals, while continuously seeking improvements and cost optimization.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deep knowledge of cloud services, architecture, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform), and scripting languages for efficient software delivery.
- Ability to enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Effective leadership skills to manage and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration and achieving team goals.
- Capability to develop and execute strategic plans for cloud-based DevOps initiatives, aligning them with organizational objectives and seeking continuous improvement.
Educational Qualifications
- Engineering/ equivalent technical qualification from a reputed college/ university
- Good understanding of current technology trends along with ultra-scalable systems
- Proficient in effectively communicating with internal stakeholders across various domains, including technology and business.
