Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 56 sales executives.
  • Drive B2B client acquisition and deliver on sales targets.
  • Plan and execute field sales strategies in line with company goals.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes, documentation, and CRM usage.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Profile:

  • MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred) with min. 50% in Graduation & MBA, and 70% in 10th & 12th.
