The firm specializes in offering tailored insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of its clients. Arham Secure focuses on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring comprehensive coverage for all types of risks.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Manager-Client Acquisition. The Manager-Client Acquisition will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, presenting and selling insurance products, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting market research, attending client meetings, and collaborating with the sales team to devise effective strategies for client acquisition.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Business Development skills, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
Client Relationship Management skills to build and sustain long-term relationships
Market Research and Analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans
Negotiation and Persuasion skills to close deals and meet targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
Previous experience in client acquisition or sales is preferred
