Role Overview

end-to-end execution of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

• Lead complete execution of

  C&I rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects

• Oversee

  site surveys, feasibility coordination, system design validation, approvals, installation, and commissioning

• Manage

  project schedules, budgets, resources, and contractors

• Coordinate with

  vendors, subcontractors, DISCOMs, inspectors, and statutory authorities

• Ensure compliance with

  MNRE guidelines, electrical codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks

• Monitor installation quality and resolve on-site technical or execution challenges
• Handle

  client communication during execution

  , including progress updates and issue resolution
• Guide and mentor

  project engineers, supervisors, and site teams

Lead Support & Client Engagement

• Support

  C&I lead generation through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships

• Participate in

  client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits

  when required
• Provide execution feasibility inputs to the sales team during proposal stages
• Build long-term relationships with

  industrial and commercial clients

• Support repeat business and reference-based growth

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience in

  C&I Solar EPC projects

• Strong understanding of

  solar system design, execution workflows, and commissioning

• Experience managing

  large rooftop and MW-scale projects

• Working knowledge of

  AutoCAD, PVsyst / Helioscope

  preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and client-handling skills
• Practical, solution-oriented approach to project execution
