Sales Executive – Channel / Reseller Development (Solar)

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 

  extensive field visits across Chhattisgarh

   to identify and onboard: Solar resellers, Electrical contractors, Dealers, EPC partners
• Build long-term relationships and act as the 

  primary point of contact

   for resellers
• Educate channel partners about Re-Energen’s solar offerings, pricing, and processes
• Generate business through 

  reseller-led and referral-based sales

• Coordinate with internal sales, design, and execution teams for lead conversion

• Track meetings, leads, and partner performance

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven field sales experience in Chhattisgarh

   (local market knowledge is compulsory)
• Strong network with 

  contractors, dealers, or business owners

   in the region
• Willingness to travel frequently to 

  districts and towns across Chhattisgarh

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):

• Prior experience in 

  solar, electrical, or power-related sales

• Basic understanding of solar PV systems, electrical components, or EPC processes

• Experience building dealer / distributor / reseller networks
