The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Education Management, or related fields, with 3+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or career services. Proficiency in data tools, strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, organizational prowess, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
