Liionergy is dedicated to developing high-performance lithium-ion battery packs for various applications, with a focus on providing reliable and technologically advanced energy solutions tailored for Indian conditions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify new business opportunities in the EV (2W/3W), solar, and energy storage markets. - Lead the appointment, onboarding, and performance management of dealers across different regions. - Establish strong distribution networks and expand Liionergy's presence in untapped territories. - Develop channel sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Cultivate and enhance relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, resellers, and key accounts. - Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and demand forecasting. - Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation, campaigns, and brand presence. - Drive team performance, provide training, and ensure structured reporting. - Ensure high customer satisfaction, coordinate service support, and follow up post-sales. **Qualifications & Skills:** - 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or channel development within the EV, battery, automotive, or power industries. - Strong background in dealer and distributor management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities. - Target-oriented mindset, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities. - Willingness to travel frequently. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is considered an added advantage.
