You will be joining an O&M Contracting company serving various metal and power industry sites for operations and maintenance services related to Ferrous/Non-Ferrous sectors, including Steel, Smelter, Aluminium, Zinc, Metals, Cement, and Power Plants. Currently, the company has 2500 employees deployed at multiple sites. Your main responsibilities will include: - Monitoring the business environment to identify upcoming tenders for operations and maintenance contracts in Metal, Cement, and Power industries. - Meeting with consultants and clients during the pretender stage to provide guidance and influence, while also analyzing the market and competitor landscape. - Reviewing RFQ/RFP/Tenders and conducting site visits to determine the accurate project scope and Bill of Materials (BOM). - Identifying and estimating critical items such as man-hours, spares, MRO, material handling equipment, and tools required for the contract period to create a realistic bid estimate. - Participating in pre-bid meetings and engaging in techno-commercial negotiations with clients and consultants to secure contracts. The ideal candidate for this position will have a BE degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgy and experience in site visits, estimation, proposal creation, tendering, negotiations, and order booking. Additionally, you should be a Techno-Commercial professional with skills in Business Development, Tendering, Proposal Management, Cost Estimation, Pricing, and Bidding. This role offers an annual compensation in the range of 15-20 LPA.
