Manager - Business Development

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the digital marketing sector (SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC, Web Development, etc.) Develop and execute growth strategies to increase the company’s market share and customer base. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and propose customized digital marketing solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of digital campaigns and client satisfaction. Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Develop detailed proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to spot opportunities for expansion. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in business development/sales within a digital marketing agency or similar environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Web Design, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
