Key Responsibilities : - Prospecting and Lead Generation : Research and identify potential clients. Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of potential sales leads. - Client Outreach : Make initial contact with potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media. - Sales Support : Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. - Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry. - Follow-Up : Assist in following up with clients and prospects to nurture relationships and close deals. - Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes for the sales team and management. - Event Participation : Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, exhibitions, and conferences. - Demo Planning : Help plan, organize, and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, ensuring that all necessary materials and information are prepared. - Proposal Preparation : Assist in drafting and preparing detailed proposals for potential clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
