Job Summary:

Shri Sai Events is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the event management industry and capable of converting leads into successful collaborations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the event and entertainment sector
• Pitch event solutions to potential clients and agencies (corporate, wedding, exhibition, etc.)
• Handle end-to-end client communication – from inquiry to final delivery
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Collaborate with the event execution team to ensure smooth event operations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
• Attend networking events and exhibitions to represent the company

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client-handling ability
• Knowledge of event planning and execution
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Proficient in MS Office, email drafting, and social media marketing (basic level)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
