Manager - Business Development

As a Senior Business Development Executive specialized in IoT-based systems, you will drive the growth and expansion of IoT solutions in the market. Your expertise in IoT technologies and strategic business accuracy will be crucial in identifying new opportunities, forging partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve organizational objectives. You must have a deep understanding of IoT ecosystems, strong communication skills, and a proven sales and business development track record in the IoT industry. Your key roles and responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic business plans for IoT-based systems, identifying market trends and customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading the sales process from prospecting to closure, building a robust sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, maintaining client relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities. Additionally, you will pursue strategic partnerships, stay updated with industry trends, and be willing to travel as per clients" and company's requirements. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development and sales focused on IoT solutions. You should have a strong understanding of IoT technologies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, self-motivated with a passion for innovation, and willing to travel for client meetings and industry events.
