Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in international markets. This is a strategic role that requires both sales acumen and technical understanding of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential international clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.
• Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and service offerings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the IT services sector.
• Proven track record of handling international clients and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and IT service models.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Probation Period: 3 months
• Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred
• Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications
• Location: Onsite (United Kingdom)
