We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in signing MOUs and strategic partnerships with road construction contractors across India. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network of contacts within the road construction sector, and the ability to drive long-term business growth. Experience or exposure to ASH (Allied Sector for Highways) projects will be an added advantage.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders in road construction companies Pan India to drive strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
- Initiate and successfully execute MOUs and long-term collaboration agreements with contractors and allied firms.
- Maintain and expand a robust database/network of road construction companies, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance visibility and build business leads.
- Track upcoming road infrastructure projects (public & private sector) and proactively pitch company offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, legal, operations) to ensure timely proposal submissions and MOU execution.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline status, and strategic inputs to senior management.
- Leverage any prior exposure to ASH (Allied Sector for Highways) to identify adjacent opportunities in the sector.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, particularly in the infrastructure and road construction sector.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and signing MOUs with mid to large-scale road contractors.
- Strong professional network or ready database of road construction companies and key stakeholders across India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across India as per business needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Exposure to ASH projects or allied sectors will be a significant plus.
