Job Description

As a Business Development professional in this role, you will be responsible for various key tasks including: - Market insights, ideation, initial screening, opportunity creation, and market assessment. - Business Development activities such as concept building, technology evaluation, capex/opex analysis, feasibility studies, and generating profitable project ideas. - Following the stage gate process to ensure proper project advancement. - Establishing and maintaining a strong network with industry professionals, customers, associations, consultants, licensors, partners, etc. - Conducting skillful business analysis, questioning outliers, and making logical assessments. - Showcasing all-round abilities in business, technology, and project management. Qualifications required for this position include: - B.E. / B. Tech in Chemical / Polymer / Textile / Mechanical engineering along with an MBA degree. - 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in the field. Additionally, the desired skills and competencies for this role encompass both core domain competencies such as Product Technologies, End Use Sectors, and Product Knowledge, as well as role-specific competencies like M&A, OR/Modelling Techniques, Global Product Economics, Business Accounting, Learning & Development, Negotiation & Influencing, and Decision Making.,
