is a leading production house known for creating engaging and impactful stories for leading brands across diverse formats, including DVCs, TVCs, podcasts, talk shows, creator reels, photoshoots, and more.We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, foster relationships, and bring innovative opportunities to our studio.

Role Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Business Developer with a strong advertising agency background and established connections with brand managers. Your expertise will help us expand our client base, identify new revenue streams, and solidify our position as a premier production partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share for OML studios.
  • Leverage existing relationships with brand managers, advertising agencies, and industry partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitches, and RFPs.
  • Translate briefs into smooth and efficient productions, meeting our creative goals while ensuring adherence to brand targets and budget efficiencies.
  • Evaluate production in conjunction with the team’s requirements to draw delivery timelines and ensure an adherence to on-time, in-full delivery.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop tailored pitches and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercial terms.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in advertising agencies or related industries.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong network of relationships with brand managers, agency decision-makers, and industry influencers.
  • In-depth understanding of advertising, marketing, and production processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with production companies or studios.
  • Knowledge of film, television, or digital content production.
