Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and develop long-term client partnerships.

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align business goals with company strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports for management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Knowledge of [your industry, e.g., solar/renewable energy] is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Marketing: 3 years (Required)
  • B2B: 3 years (Preferred)
