Manager - Business Development

As a Manager-Business Development at this Startup / Small Enterprise, located in Maharashtra, Mumbai, Tamil Nadu, Tiruppur, and Tamil Nadu, Chennai, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the Indian market. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading sales efforts for the SaaS product in the Indian market - Engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals - Managing deal sizes of INR 50 L ARR independently - Coordinating with the Pre-sales team for Demos / POCs - Preparing proposals, conducting negotiations, and closing contracts - Utilizing CRM tools and data analysis to enhance sales performance - Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including CXO profiles - Demonstrating strong business acumen and understanding customer needs To excel in this role, you should ideally possess: - 6-8 years of outbound and direct sales experience, preferably in the garment industry - 4-5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions - Expertise in business development, acquisition, and account management - Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis - Proactive and independent work ethic - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Your success in this position will rely on your ability to leverage your sales skills, industry knowledge, and relationship-building capabilities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.,
