Job Description

Role Description:

As a Business Development Specialist, responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for products and services offered within a designated geography by creating, cultivating and developing accounts and increasing market share. You will be expected to penetrate, and prospect named accounts for new business as well as identify new prospects. You will provide appropriate solutions for every qualified customer to drive revenue growth and add new customers.

Job Responsibilities:

> Identify and generate potential leads through online research, referrals, and cold outreach.

> Build and manage a sales pipeline using platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and B2B directories.

>Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their business requirements.

> Present suitable software solutions and services based on client needs and pain points.

> Conduct product demos and presentations in collaboration with the technical team.

> Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

> Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

> Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns and generate high-quality leads.

> Draft and send quotations, proposals, and RFP responses in a timely and professional manner.

> Keep CRM and sales trackers up to date with accurate information on leads, follow-ups, and deal stages.

> Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.

> Coordinate with the development and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

> Support overall business development strategy through innovative and client-focused initiatives.

Desired Candidates:

● Bachelor’s / master’s degree in finance, Accounting or related

● 2-4+ years of hands-on experience working as Business Development or sales accounts or related fields

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

● Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, personality, and the ability to build relationships and gain credibility and trust with customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
