· Identify and generate leads for potential distributors in assigned territories.
· Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos explaining the Farm-to-Kitchen FOCO model, revenue potential, and subsidy benefits.
· Manage distributor registration process — KYC collection, initial screening, and data verification (CIBIL & background checks).
· Support preparation and submission of DPRs, coordinate with internal compliance and finance teams for loan and subsidy processes.
· Facilitate signing of agreements and collection of security deposits.
· Monitor and achieve targeted sales volumes through onboarded distributors, including regular follow-up on sales performance, operational efficiency, and KPI compliance.
· Provide continuous guidance and support to distributors for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Coordinate with Mandikart’s operations team to ensure smooth supply chain and operator performance.
· Work closely with marketing to execute local campaigns, digital outreach, and referral programs to boost sales at the ground level.
· Prepare and present periodic progress reports, funnel analysis, and distributor performance updates to management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
