Role Description [Preference for Female candidates] This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at HunterDouglas Design Centre located in Kochi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing business strategies. The person should possess strong sales and marketing skills apart from excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The person will be responsible for driving the sales on a target-oriented approach. The candidate must be willing to travel across Kerala for business meetings. The person will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting of sales. Qualifications Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities Strong client relationship management skills Experience in the interior design or architectural products industry is mandatory Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Business development: 2 years (Required) Language: English fluently (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 14/07/2025
