Job Title: Business Development Executive – B2B Sales Location: Hyderabad (Field-Based) Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Business Head Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through B2B sales. This field-based role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for generating leads and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify and qualify prospective B2B clients across targeted industries Conduct field visits and meetings with potential customers to pitch relevant products/services Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to potential clients Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals successfully Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Market & Industry Insight Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities Generate actionable insights to refine sales strategy and approach Recommend improvements to products, processes, or services based on market feedback CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, calls, visits, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management on sales performance, challenges, and pipeline status Collaboration & Communication Work closely with internal teams like marketing, operations, and support to ensure client success Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences as required Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales or business development Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a two-wheeler Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Company SIM card / Talk time plan Performance bonus & yearly incentives Travel allowance (as per policy) Professional development opportunities Schedule: Day Shift Preferred Candidate Profile: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred for local market) Highly motivated, target-driven, and persistent in follow-ups Experience in selling to builders across Telangana Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,791.72 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 07/07/2025
