About the Company

M/S Future Media is a leading importer and distributor of Geospatial, Geomatic, Automotive, Surveying, and Outdoor Instrumentation. We represent global brands and serve clients across a wide range of industries throughout India.

We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Executive to help us expand our customer base, manage leads, and support the sales process from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers using channels such as:
• Social media outreach
• Cold calling and email campaigns
• Client visits
• Trade shows and expos
• Referrals and leads provided by the company or OEMs
• Maintain and update the customer database with contact info, past purchases, and potential future requirements.
• Prepare and send quotations and proforma invoices to clients.
• Actively follow up on leads provided by the company until closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoicing, payment collection, shipping, delivery, and training support.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.
• Conduct client visits as needed to support relationship building and retention.
• Engage in activities to retain and grow existing client accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients and building rapport
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of sales processes is a plus (freshers with strong drive may apply)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email communication)

Experience

• Freshers welcome, but prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
• Experience in B2B or B2C environments will be considered favorably

Language

• English (Preferred)
• Hindi or regional language skills will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits

• ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month
