About Us

ECommBrains is a results-driven digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through social media marketing, SEO, ads, and creative content strategy. We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and close new clients.
Identify potential leads through social media, networking, and outbound campaigns.
Conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, and manage the entire sales funnel.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and build brand presence.
Analyse market trends, client feedback, and campaign performance to improve results.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Track KPIs and prepare monthly sales and marketing reports.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Social Media, SEO, Ads, Email Marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
