Manager - Business Development

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in automation and engineering solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Work in alignment with Sales Team Leads on a day to day basis in coordination with customer.
• Research and Understand the Prospective, target Customers in the chosen markets/ Industry Segments and arrive

at the right market strategies, Pursue leads, follow through till successful Order Conversion/ Acquisition of Clients.

• Increase the share of business with current customers and grow new prospects/opportunities.
• Executing key business development initiatives
• Provide recommendations for new business opportunities with facts and figures for Growth.
• Uphold Business & Brand Values with responsibility along with marketing.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals to drive revenue growth
• Regular market visits covering all key industrial hubs in the country and to Other Geographies. Collect information

on latest developments, Challenges and resolve issues if any in co-ordination with the plant team.

• Knowledge in preparation of Techno commercial proposal (technical Concept, Scope, BOM, Layout, Cycle time, cost

estimation & The Quotation) will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

12+ years of sales / business development experience in companies who offer turnkey Assembly Automation Solutions/ special purpose machines.

only BE/ BTech (full time) Mechanical / Mechatronics.
