Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Detailed)*** Identify and visit SME companies to introduce SME IPO opportunities* Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and on- ground outreach* Pitch IPO services to promoters, explain the process, eligibility, and benefits* Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders* Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, follow-ups, meetings, negotiations, and closure* Coordinate with internal IPO teams to ensure smooth client onboarding* Maintain sales pipelines, track progress, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets* Represent the company at industry meets, networking forums, and business events* Provide ongoing market insights to support division growth.

Requirements*** Experience in Sales or Business Development* Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills* Ability to independently generate leads and close deals* Experience in financial services/banking/SMA advisory is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
