Role & responsibilities The role is responsible for, Attending calls from customer and providing on time support Providing support by either remote / onsite visit to customer place Troubleshooting of Electrical and Automation support system. To plan, schedule and execute planned maintenance activities of customer machines. Prepare and share RCA report and Lesson learnt documents with respect Breakdown and Service support. Involvement for the supplier interaction to get the support for Materials status & rework. Onsite Electrical & Control Engineering support and modification activities. New modification activity onsite understanding coordination with design team. Preferred candidate profile BEElectrical/Electronics/Instrumentation engineering 3-4 years of experience in automation Programming Field Knowledge in Control system and Automation Field Assembly & Troubleshooting for SPM Developing technical documentation of modification and maintenance support • Knowledge about Machining / Manufacturing Process • Knowledge about PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo & Vision Knowledge on materials, manufacturing process and heat treatment etc. Supporting the commissioning and Optimization of both new and existing manufacturing equipment
