Role Overview

What Youll Do

Lead, motivate, and grow a team of 4–5 PPC specialists.
Own all aspects of material and resource planning, and run MRP cycles on SAP.
Set up scalable systems and processes to support rapid expansion.
Work directly with manufacturing and business leaders to plan, monitor, and deliver on commitments.
Respond quickly to dynamic customer needs, revising plans as requirements change.
Allocate resources across complex electronics & semiconductor programs.
Provide regular plan updates and reports to leadership and customers.

You Should Have

7–12 years in production planning/control, with hands-on SAP and MRP experience.
Background in electronics, automation, or semiconductor industries.
Proven track record in scaling teams and processes during rapid business growth.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and process optimization skills.
