Internship Overview

Tedora Hacker Academy is offering a 6-month Manager-Business Development Internship Program for aspiring management professionals who wish to gain real-world exposure in business strategy, operations, and institutional growth.

On successful completion of training and project evaluation, candidates will receive an Internship Completion Certificate.

Objective

To provide interns with hands-on experience in business development operations, strategic planning, and process management, preparing them for future managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Assist in formulating and executing business and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for business insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align business goals with operational plans.
• Contribute to project documentation, reports, and performance tracking.
• Participate in client communication and partnership initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification: MBA (preferably in Operations, Marketing, or Business Strategy).
• Specialization in Operations Management is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of company strategy development and business growth processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
