Role Overview

We are looking for smart, proactive, and confident individuals to join us as Student Counsellor Interns. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in EdTech, academic counselling, and student support.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with students via phone, WhatsApp, and in person to explain available courses.
• Understand student goals and recommend suitable training programs.
• Handle inquiries, maintain follow-ups, and support them through the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and assist the admissions team.
• Participate in team briefings and contribute to achieving enrollment goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers with excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Smart, proactive, and confident personality
• Ability to understand student needs and explain clearly
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and commitment to results
