Role Overview

We are offering an internship opportunity for aspiring Academic Counsellors who are interested in EdTech, student guidance, and career counselling. Interns will gain real-world experience in admissions, lead handling, and communication, with potential for full-time placement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand course offerings and counsel students on available programs.
• Connect with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
• Assist in managing student inquiries and maintaining follow-up communication.
• Maintain records using CRM tools.
• Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
• Attend team meetings and reporting sessions.

Who Can Apply

• Fresh graduates or final-year students in any discipline
• Strong communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is a plus)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the education or EdTech sector
• Confident, polite, and target-focused individuals
• Basic computer knowledge
