Job Title: Product Manager – Compliance (India Voice Services)

Location:

New Delhi, India

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead compliance-related initiatives for India Voice Services at Tata Communications Limited. This role demands a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless compliance adherence and product evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Demonstrations:

Conduct demos of the KYC portal for customers, ensuring clarity and compliance understanding.

Product Development & Compliance Alignment:

Provide detailed inputs to the development team for portal enhancements driven by compliance changes or customer feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Liaise with legal, regulatory, operations, and sales teams to align on process changes and ensure smooth implementation.

Process Documentation & Requirement Gathering:

Document end-to-end processes and write comprehensive user requirements for IT teams.
Define OSS/BSS requirements and ensure timely delivery of specifications.

Skills & Competencies

Strong grasp of UI/UX principles to guide portal design and user experience.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Visio, JIRA, and other documentation tools.
Hands-on experience in process documentation and requirement writing.
Ability to work in a flexible schedule to accommodate cross-functional and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
SCRUM and Product Development certifications.
Prior experience in telecom compliance or voice services is a strong plus.
