Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Manager - Business Accounting in Mumbai, Lower Parel. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the field. Roles and Responsibility
Ensure compliance with RBI regulations on assets classification and provisioning norms.
Assist in developing financial projections and business plans to meet management requirements.
Generate timely, quality reports based on stakeholder needs.
Coordinate and manage the accounting function, ensuring adherence to financial processes and systems.
Support budget preparation and ensure confidentiality of financial data.
Prepare and publish monthly budget vs. expense variance analysis, identifying cost savings and process improvements.
Present location-wise and product-wise profitability at board meetings.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms and file refinance claims with regulatory bodies.
Maintain accurate and efficient MIS preparation.

Job
CA/MBA/PGDBM in Finance.
Possess strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and budgeting.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
Experience in managing financial processes and systems is necessary.
