Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Manager - Business Accounting in Mumbai, Lower Parel, and JM. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Roles and Responsibility

Ensure compliance with RBI regulations on assets classification and provisioning norms.

Assist in developing financial projections and business plans to meet management requirements.

Generate timely, quality reports based on the needs of external stakeholders such as bankers, lenders, and investors.

Coordinate and manage the accounting function, ensuring adherence to financial processes, systems, and policies.

Support the preparation of monthly and annual budgets, maintaining confidentiality of financial data and proprietary information.

Prepare and publish budget vs. expense variance analysis monthly, identifying cost savings and process improvements.

Prepare location-wise and product-wise profitability reports and present them at board meetings.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms and file refinance claims with regulatory bodies.

Ensure accurate and efficient MIS preparation.

Job

CA/MBA/PGDBM in Finance.

Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.

Experience in managing financial data and preparing reports is necessary.
