 Job  
 Brand Manager: 
To facilitate the rapid growth of the Zoop (Kid\u2019s Watches) brand by optimizing brand communications, developing product strategies based on consumer needs, and activating channel levers. Key Job Expectations: 
 Brand Content and Social Media Management- 
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to create collaterals, content, and product shoots that align with the brand vision and marketing plan.
  • Coordinate with media agencies to place and communicate content on digital and social media channels.
  • Build and engage social media communities.
  • Ensure accurate product listings across all platforms and media channels.

  •  Online Performance Marketing- 
  • Work with agencies to provide input in developing the marketing calendar, budget, and plan for the year.
  • Design reach, consideration, and conversion campaigns with digital media agencies, marketplace platforms, and quick-commerce platforms.
  • Evaluate the performance of branding initiatives and campaigns compared to the plan, and make necessary adjustments.

  •  Product Management- 
  • Conduct marketing and customer research to understand brand positioning, trends, insights, gaps, and strengths.
  • Assess and shortlist relevant products for the category and sales channels.
  • Track the product calendar and coordinate with the supply chain and field team to ensure timely launches in the market.
  • Regularly monitor brand inventory and develop strategies for stock liquidation.

  •  On-Ground Channel Strategy- 
  • Periodically assess brand positioning, penetration, and display hygiene in on-ground retail channels through channel and partner interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to highlight the brand and products in stores, and propose visual merchandising corrections based on channel feedback.
  • Develop a below-the-line (BTL) calendar to drive traffic, consumer engagement, and sales.

  •  Licensed/Collab Business Management- 
  • Identify new licensing opportunities based on consumption patterns and trends.
  • Coordinate contract signing and execution.
  • Effectively utilize advance royalty by planning for product penetration in the market. Identify collaboration opportunities with licensor media handles and marketplace platforms in line with brand objectives.

  •  Work Experience  
     Education:  MBA from a prestigious university with a specialization in marketing
     Experience:  3 to 5 years of in the marketing department within the retail or fashion industry.
     Knowledge: 
  • Lifestyle and Fashion Industry - Trends, Business, and Ways of Working.
  • Experience in Marketing (Communication, Product, and Design).
  • Proficient in data mining and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel.
