Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage marketing activities, including digital efforts, to improve brand image, increase visibility, and expand reach. Aim to generate qualified leads for business growth across existing and new products, territories, and verticals.

Preferred candidate profile

Lead Generation

  • Generate qualified Leads through various marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, AI search, cold calling, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Find out new projects in the specified territory, segments and track them regularly.
  • Track leads every week for conversion rate.
  • Ensure smooth transition of leads to the sales team and logical closer.
  • Handle and Track Enquiries generated through the web portal, LI newsletters, and coordinate with the sales team as per agreed timelines.

Customer Relationship Management. (CRM)

  • Do market/ customer potential mapping through market research.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM (SAP) System/Google Sheets
  • Customer Segmentation, vertical-wise, product-wise, trading sales-wise.

Digital Marketing

  • Create and manage high-quality content like newsletters, Product catalogues, Success Stories, and Introduction mailers for various marketing channels (Blogs, Emails, Social media posts).
  • email/WhatsApp campaigns to existing customers/prospects by sharing; Seminar/Exhibition E invites, Gratitude Mailers.
  • Maintain database of presentations/success stories.
  • Track likes/shares/comments and followers growth on social media sites.

Brand Building

  • Coordinate with directors, sales teams to organise webinars/ /Seminars, participate in Exhibitions
  • Assist Business development for customer/consultant approvals
  • Coordinate with the service Product Performance Videos and their launch on the social networking sites.
  • Handle social media handles like LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc., to increase brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with the external agency for website updates.
  • Monitor and analyse customers sentiment towards the brand through surveys/reviews /social media mentions.

Market Research

  • Track Industry Trends and competitor websites /blogs /product updates /marketing strategies and align our marketing strategy accordingly.
  • Work with industry associations, get a database, and membership to add more prospects to the database.
  • Keep track of competitors' activities, Danfoss promotional activities and align campaigns accordingly.
