Role & responsibilities

1. MIS & Reporting: Daily and monthly reports on sales, production, orders, expenses, and costing.

2. Plant Finance Support: Provide finance support to multiple plants and coordinate with HODs.

3. Inventory & Stock Management: Prepare stock valuations, monthly stock statements, and ensure accuracy and reconciliation.

4. Imports & Logistics Accounting: Book import bills and maintain import registers.

5. Costing & Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation, product costing, and cost variance analysis.

6. Audit & Compliance: Support statutory, cost, and internal audits.

7. Order & Credit Control Support: Ensure timely delivery and credit approvals.

8. Cross-Functional & Corporate Support: Provide support to corporate finance and perform other finance-related tasks.
