Provide market intelligence and competitor insights for project planning, pricing, and positioning. Sales Management Lead sales operations across multiple projects (pre-launch, launch, post-launch). Achieve annual sales targets of 500-1000+ crores with high conversion ratios. Build and expand the channel partner ecosystem (brokers, IPCs, corporate tie-ups). Strengthen NRI and HNI buyer network for premium projects. Drive bulk deals, corporate housing tie-ups, and institutional sales. Marketing & Branding Create 360 marketing campaigns covering digital, outdoor, print, PR, events, and exhibitions. Drive brand positioning and re-branding efforts for stronger visibility.
