Role Overview

Brand Manager & Events Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and delivery of key offline campaigns and events— a diverse role that includes product launches and on-ground brand activations on one side, and employee engagement programs on the other
• Drive the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, and owned channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Digital, PR, and commercial to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Partner with creative, media, and event agencies to bring campaigns and experiences to life.
• Monitor performance metrics and customer insights to refine and improve future brand initiatives.
• Uphold brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent look, feel, and voice.
• Represent IndiGo at industry forums, award shows, and branded platforms.
  

What We’re Looking For

• An MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in brand management and events.
• A strong portfolio of end-to-end campaign and event execution.
