Role Overview: You will be responsible for the development and implementation of Human Resources processes, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and current legislation. Your role will involve partnering with designated business functions to address their HR needs and lead the delivery of HR processes and systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in talent management, employee engagement, and process optimization within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with assigned business functions to identify HR needs and lead the delivery of HR processes and systems - Implement key HR processes such as Performance Management, Compensation increments, Talent Reviews, and Promotions according to defined SOPs and timelines - Assist in Manpower Planning, coordinate with Talent Acquisition for timely recruitment, and manage talent identification, deployment, and succession planning - Work closely with the Trade Union to resolve conflicts, discuss charter of demands, and sign wage agreements - Proactively engage with employees to minimize Employee Relations risks and address disciplinary issues - Identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes and enhance system efficiency - Support business in training need identification and collaborate with Learning & Development for effective delivery of training programs - Collaborate with various HR verticals to ensure solutions align with business priorities Qualification Required: - Management Graduate with a good understanding of HR practices - 5-6 years of experience in handling business HR roles with exposure to HR Operations, talent acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits - Ability to multitask and work on cross-affiliate projects - Willingness to travel and take on stretch assignments - Customer service orientation, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills - Adaptability and prior knowledge of Sales HR/Healthcare Industry is desirable,
