About The Role
We are seeking for dynamic and experienced benchmarking, process optimisation and transformation manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 experience in Finance, benchmarking, process transformation and consulting. Working closely with Senior stakeholders in organisation, the incumbent will deliver actionable insights, support transformation initiatives, and influence strategic decision making across the organization. This role will drive digital transformation, process optimisation, and building capabilities across varies functions in organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Analytics (Data & Insights)
- Analyse costs, P&L, and operational processes across multiple functions to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead benchmarking and transformation initiatives, providing real-world examples of measurable impact
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing priorities effectively
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings with stakeholders
Operational Excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and other business units to identify performance gaps and drive solutions
- Work on confidential and strategic projects that challenge existing structures and require organizational change
- Track and monitor improvement initiatives to ensure objectives are met and stakeholder expectations are fulfilled
- Support the implementation of process improvements and monitor post-implementation results
- Document workflows, procedures, and policies to ensure knowledge sharing across teams
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success
- Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively to non-financial audiences
- Partner with leadership to align insights with organizational priorities and transformation initiatives
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Support adoption of new tools and methodologies to improve data-driven decision-making
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to enhance benchmarking and analysis
Job Requirements
Education
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance – finance credentials are a must
Relevant Experience
- 5–7 years as a Senior Financial Analyst
- Experience in consultancy is highly valued
- Experience in benchmarking, process optimization, or transformation large scale projects with demonstrable results
- Strong project management skills
- Preferred exposure in Retail industry

Knowledge
- Strong understanding of P&L, corporate finance, financial analysis, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Longview; basic coding knowledge (SQL/Python is a plus)
- Experience with ERPs and consolidation systems (e.g., Hyperion) is a plus
- Familiarity with project management and PMI framework
- Understanding of benchmarking, cost optimization, and transformation methodologies
