Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various event sectors such as bespoke wedding entertainment, large-scale corporate events, and festivals. - Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain enduring relationships with clients to comprehend their requirements and ensure satisfaction. - Sales Strategy & Execution: Devise and implement successful sales strategies to reach revenue targets and grow market share. - Proposal Development: Craft engaging proposals and presentations to highlight the services and value proposition offered by Ember and Edge. - Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to recognize industry trends, competition, and growth prospects. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the creative, operations, and artist management teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Negotiation & Closing: Drive contract negotiations and finalize agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals. - Deadline Management: Achieve and surpass sales targets and deadlines for business development initiatives. - Prospect Business Creation: Proactively identify potential clients, generate leads, and establish a strong sales pipeline.
