Role -

The Regional Sales & Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic client relationships, and enhancing the companys market position within the region.
This role involves overseeing sales activities, developing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality interior fit-out solutions (corporate offices, retail, hospitality, and commercial projects).

Desired skills

7-12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally in interior fit-out, design-build, construction, or real estate sectors.
Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, vendors, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in developing sales strategies and marketing plans.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
