You'll leverage your keen ear and industry insight to identify emerging talent, cultivate their artistic growth, and strategically position them for success. Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Discovery & Development:

  Actively scout, identify, and evaluate artists with unique potential, aligning with Ember and Edge's vision for transformative entertainment.

• Artist Relations & Guidance:

  Build strong, collaborative relationships with artists, offering comprehensive guidance on career development, skill enhancement, and brand building.

• Strategic Partnerships:

  Facilitate and secure strategic partnerships for artists, including collaborations, performance opportunities, and branding initiatives.

• Project Management:

  Oversee artist-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to artistic and business objectives.

• Market Analysis:

  Stay abreast of industry trends, music genres, and emerging technologies to inform artist development strategies.

• Creative Vision:

  Contribute to the overall creative direction of Ember and Edge, ensuring our artist roster reflects innovation and excellence.

• Deadline Management:

  Consistently meet and exceed deadlines for artist development milestones and project deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the music industry, with a strong focus on A&R, artist management, or talent scouting.
• Exceptional knowledge of various music genres and a passion for discovering and developing new artists.
• Demonstrated creativity in identifying and nurturing artistic talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
