Your key responsibilities will include: - Actively scouting, identifying, and evaluating artists with unique potential that aligns with Ember and Edge's vision for transformative entertainment. - Building strong, collaborative relationships with artists, providing comprehensive guidance on career development, skill enhancement, and brand building. - Facilitating and securing strategic partnerships for artists, such as collaborations, performance opportunities, and branding initiatives. - Overseeing artist-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with artistic and business objectives. - Staying updated on industry trends, music genres, and emerging technologies to inform artist development strategies. - Contributing to the creative direction of Ember and Edge, ensuring our artist roster reflects innovation and excellence. - Consistently meeting and exceeding deadlines for artist development milestones and project deliverables. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in the music industry, focusing on A&R, artist management, or talent scouting. - Exceptional knowledge of various music genres and a strong passion for discovering and developing new artists. - Demonstrated creativity in identifying and nurturing artistic talent. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to project management. - A proactive mindset with a sharp business development acumen within the artist's career trajectory.
