Must have capabilities:

• Regularly instruct, direct and check the work of other Business Analysts
• Identify work flow and business process requirements and related solutions over a wide ranging, complete business process including obtaining approvals, documentation, testing and training
• Conduct business process evaluations to gain business/technical knowledge of business requirements
• Identify problems, research alternatives, prepare presentations, drive solutions, test to confirm, gain consensus, and implement solutions for multiple applications within multiple functions
• Troubleshoot and guide others on a wide variety of complex problems and identify solutions within broad application and functional expertise
• Drawing on agile and scrum-based methods to foster dialogue and keep up project momentum
• Engages with key stakeholders to influence the solution design to meet business goals, scope and strategy requirements
• IIBA – CCBA/CBAP Certified (BABOK 2.0/3.0) & Big 5 consulting experience within complex programs
• Experience with workshop and process re-engineering
• Highly motivated lead and team player with excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated personal organizational, management and influencing skills
• Should be proficient in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix, Business cases, BRD,BA Plan, Use Case diagram , Wireframes, Mockups ,Project vision document
• Extensive experience in the BA role, in projects ranging from small to large scale
• Experience working as a lead (BA Lead, leading projects, leading other business analysts, Product Lead), Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
• Act as the product owner for an Agile team if/as needed by the business
• Support and evangelize the use of industry best practices
• Support businesses with defining the business need or problem
• Elicits, challenges, and prioritizes requirements using standard processes and templates, and translates into functional design and use case documents
• Lead the identification and analysis of business drivers to develop risk and controls requirements
